Gory wounds and casualties at the Firing Line

Today, the Firing Line Museum was pleased to welcome the British Red Cross who demonstrated their expertise of helping people via Casualty Simulations, a talk about the work of the Red Cross Internationally as well as first aid demonstrations.

The event was held as part of the ‘Wounded’ temporary exhibition currently on display at the museum until 20th April 2012.

The Red Cross team enthused and engaged young people with their skills at re-creating gory wounds and discussed opportunities for becoming a Red Cross volunteer. A fun but and educational time was had by all who attended.
